Providing energy efficiency upgrades to Latino households

LatinoBuilt, in partnership with NW Natural Gas, is providing energy efficiency upgrades to Latino households heated with NW Natural Gas.

To qualify for this project, income restrictions apply, and households must be manufactured or single family homes located in Washington County or the Mid Valley of Oregon.  Eligible upgrades include but are not limited to: 

  • Insulation

  • Windows

  • Thermal doors

  • Hot water pipe insulation

  • Duct insulation/sealing

  • Infiltration

  • Water heater

  • Furnace replacement

  • Furnace tune-up

  • Health & safety measures
